Although my formal training as a personal trainer has been valuable, the most important skills and knowledge I have acquired have been from experience losing fat and gaining muscle. I have learned what works and what does not when it comes to losing fat, gaining muscle, and improving overall physical conditioning; and I can help you to do the same.
